Report: Packers RB Aaron Jones expected to play vs. Bucs despite knee injury

Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones is expected to play in Sunday’s matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports.

If Jones — listed as questionable due to a knee injury — is able to suit up for Sunday’s contest, he’s expected to share carries with Jamaal Williams, who will get the start against the Bucs.

Despite missing the past two games due to the injured left knee, Jones leads the team with 370 yards rushing on 70 carries.

Williams, who has served as the Packers’ top back the past three games, had 135 total yards from scrimmage in last Sunday’s loss at Pittsburgh.
