With former Packers running back Eddie Lacy heading to Seattle after signing a one-year, $5.5 million free-agent deal with the Seahawks last month, he’s decided to have a garage sale at his soon-to-be former home in a Green Bay suburb this weekend.
Lacy posted the “garage and moving sale” to his Twitter account, withholding the exact address until Friday morning. The sale will be Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, with all proceeds going to charity. Leftover items will be donated to Freedom House, a homeless shelter alternative designed for families in the Green Bay area.

Lacy is mum on what exactly will be for sale, but if you show up maybe you’ll be able to pick up some NFL gear or maybe some kitchen items… perhaps a cheese board.
Lacy was a second-round draft pick of the Packers in the 2013 NFL Draft. He ran for 3,435 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns in 51 games with Green Bay. He played in only five games during the 2016 season before an ankle injury ended his season.
